HOT or NOT? Flatforms & Platforms

I'm quite sure you have seen this lately. They are everywhere, magazines, fashion shows, tumblr, celebritys; everyone know the hot hot trend for shoes is flatforms and platforms.  They are in all sizes, shapes, colors, styles, any shoe you can imagine there is a version with these awkward kinda high heels on. They go to delicate kawaii shoes to awkward german sneakers, aka buffalos.

DO NOT FREAK OUT!! This is the bigger one, you can find a buffalo not that high! (yeah i dont know how a person would survive if they fall with those on). They have a lot of different textures, colours and shapes, and, may i say, i love how 90's this is. A lot of trending urban tribes are using them, too. Seapunk, Pastel Goth/Nu-goth, NeoGrunge/SoftGrunge... You can see them in videoclipes of a few underground bands and singers, like in the Grimes video for the song Genesis. And of course you get to see how it would fit to an outfit.

Oh, this is not just a woman fashion, you see; a lot of cool boys have addopted those weirdo shoes in their closet Its so cool to think how many refferences you could connect with this trend. David Bowie, Spice Girls, Michael Alig & James snt James, all the gothics, so much going on, omg i cant even Well, so did you guys think this is HOT or NOT? Way to awesome or waaaay to weird?
